Instructions
Grip the neck of the rifle with your non-firing hand, holding it from the bottom. Typically, the non-firing hand will be your non-dominant hand. In other words, if you are right-handed, you should support thee rifle with your left hand. This hand also will be used to guide the rifle into the proper position.
Rest the rifle against the shoulder that is on the same side as your dominant hand. If you are right-handed, the butt of the rifle should be pressed against your right shoulder.
Place the neck of the rifle on the edge of the deer blind. Do not put all the weight of the rifle on the blind, but rather use the blind to provide stability for the rifle.
Wrap your dominant hand around the grip located behind the trigger. Hold it with every finger except your pointer finger.
Extend your pointer finger in front of the trigger. Place it on the trigger only after the target has been sighted and the gun is ready to fire.
