Three Forks Treasure Hunters
Three Forks Treasure Hunters began in 1983 as a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting hunting with metal detectors. The group does not endorse or recommend any particular brand of metal detector. Membership is open to anyone agreeing to follow the club's code of ethics. This code of ethics includes agreeing not to trespass, filling holes dug and respecting nature. Membership dues are $25 per family per year. The club meets at 7:15 the first Friday of every month at the Wagoner Community Building in Wagoner, Oklahoma. The club organizes special outings and organized hunts as well as other social events such as holiday get-togethers. The club also publishes a monthly newsletter for its members which gives information about upcoming meetings and organized events.
