Find your birth year on the first chart, which features the numbers one through nine in association with certain numbers. For the purposes of calculating a nine ki number, the year begins on February 3. Therefore, if you born between January 1 and February 2, you will count the previous year as your actual birth year. The number that is associated with your birth year is your first nine ki number digit.
Find your first digit on the chart provided for your second number. The second chart consists of three columns; choose the one that has your first digit, then move down until you find your birth month. This will give you your second digit.
Access the chart for your third nine ki number digit. This chart features every possible combination of first two digits. Find your first two digits on the chart, and the third is provided for you.
