Do something fun, silly or even goofy. It doesn't have to be a trip to Disneyland, but anything that involves a lot of fun, silliness and laughter will do the trick.
If there's an issue to be dealt with, sit and talk about it. Look for ways to make sure it doesn't continue to be a problem. If possible, ask for their help with it. They'll be glad to do whatever they can.
