Depending on where you live, this can either be extremely easy or extremely difficult. If wholesale fireworks are not permitted to be for sale in your state, then you're out of luck. If, however, they are legal to obtain where you live, there are a few basic rules you should follow.

  First off, make sure you have a secure method of payment for the wholesale fireworks. If you plan to make your purchase online, you'll either need a PayPal account or a credit or debit card in front of you.

  The next decision you need to make is how many you would like. Keep in mind that along with bans, some states only have restrictions as to how many fireworks an individual can use. Make sure that you check your local laws.

  There are a few quality websites you can go to. I would recommend against large sites like Amazon.com, as any fireworks they do carry are not powerful and in all likelihood just toys.
