Instructions on Strapping a Motorized Wheelchair to Lift It

If you are going to lift a motorized wheelchair, you should take precautions, and use moving straps. Moving straps fit around the bottom of the wheelchair and hook onto your forearms. Motorized wheelchairs are awkward to lift because the weight is unevenly displaced, due to the motor. Moving straps will allow you to get better leverage. For safety, you should find a friend to help you.
