How to Use Sevin Dust to Get Rid of Fleas

  Put on a face mask and rubber gloves. This will help you from touching or ingesting the poisonous Sevin dust.

  Apply a thin layer of Sevin dust around your home to keep fleas from coming inside. Sprinkle it around the perimeter of your home where the foundation and the ground meet.

  Place Sevin dust in points of entry around your home. Sprinkle some lightly around doorways and windowsills to deter fleas from coming inside.

  Treat your lawn with Sevin dust to keep fleas away. You can also apply some to plants and trees to kill fleas in your yard.

  Use Sevin dust periodically to ensure that the fleas do not return. Reapply the dust after it rains or every few weeks to control fleas.
