Things You'll Need
Instructions
Create a table on a piece of paper. The table should consist of eight vertical lines, creating six vertical columns. The first five vertical columns need to be wide enough for two words, at a maximum, while the last column should take up the rest of the page.
Create 15 horizontal lines, so that you have 13 rows.
Label the first column ̶0;Wind Force,̶1; followed by ̶0;Speed Range,̶1; ̶0;Wind Description,̶1; ̶0;Sea State,̶1; ̶0;Wave Height̶1; and ̶0;Land Description.̶1;
Go to the National Weather Service̵7;s Web page on the Beaufort Wind Force Scale, a link to which can be found in the References section, and fill in the relevant information.
Create columns for the other information listed on the National Weather Service̵7;s Web page if you feel it is pertinent. People who will be spending a lot of time at sea, for instance, may find the information under ̶0;Sea Description̶1; useful to have on their reference chart.
