Things You'll Need
Instructions
Choose a planting area that gets plenty of sunlight, as this will help the petunia blossom and thrive as quickly as possible.
Use a cutting of the red tip petunia, instead of seeds. A cutting is a blossom cut from another plant and planted a few inches in the ground. This will grow into its own plant much faster than seeds will.
Sprinkle a fast growing fertilizer over the plant, like Miracle Gro. This purposefully encourages the fastest growth possible.
Water regularly, at least once a week. Check the soil with your fingers to make sure the soil is always moist. Under watering can slow down the petunia's growth.
