Parks in Mounds View, Minnesota

Just 10 miles from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Mounds View is located within Minnesota's Ramsey County. The town has a population of nearly 13,000 people and is home to 130 businesses. The town is situated near the Mississippi River and features several small lakes throughout the area. Visitors can take advantage of the scenery by visiting one of Mounds View's many parks.
  1. City Hall Park

    • The City Hall Park is located behind the Mounds View City Hall and features one baseball diamond and a practice field. A sheltered pavilion is also located on-site.

    Greenfield Park

    • Situated at the corner of Hillview and Knoll Drives, Greenfield Park includes a baseball diamond as well as a large children's play area with multiple slides. Two tennis courts and two half-court basketball courts are also within the park.

    Groveland Park

    • Groveland Park, at the intersection of Groveland and Arden Avenues, features two tennis courts, a baseball diamond, volleyball court and a children's playground. A warming house, kitchenette and bathroom facilities are also located on site and picnic tables are available for public use.

    Hillview Park

    • The Mounds View Hillview Park features a baseball diamond, children's playground, warming house and restrooms. The park is located at the corner of Hillview Road and Long Lake Road.

    Lakeside Lions Park

    • Lakeside Lions Park provides visitors with lake access, as well as use of a gazebo and public restrooms. This park is located along Pleasant View Drive.

    Lambert Park

    • Southeast of City Hall Park, Lambert Park is on the corner of Jackson Drive and Lambert Avenue. Visitors will enjoy the park's large baseball diamond, children's play area and warming house.

    Oakwood Park

    • Situated at the corner of Hillview Road and Quincy Street, Oakwood Park is a large, open space perfect for families or various sporting events. No shelter or public restrooms are available at this location.

    Random Park

    • Just off of Long Lake Road, Random Park features a large children's play area, as well as indoor classroom and meeting space. Restrooms are available on site.

    Silver View Park

    • Silver View Park is situated directly west of City Hall Park and is a designated golfing area. A building is located within the grounds and features a kitchenette and restrooms.

    Woodcrest Park

    • Situated along Woodcrest Avenue and Silver Lake Road, Woodcrest Park features a trail that winds through the park's three small lakes. A children's playground is located in the northeast corner of the park.
