Recycling toilet paper the traditional way is a job for the city water and sewage department. This method of recycling or "upcycling" your toilet paper into "clean mud" is a crafty, eco-friendly version. This is a craft designed for children of all ages and can be done at home or in the classroom. Clean toilet paper is necessary, but you can make it even more earth-friendly by purchasing toilet paper made from recycled paper. This recipe makes a small batch of clean mud. You can double it and triple it as needed.
