How to Fill Out a Numerology Report

There are various ways to fill out a numerology report to be calculated so you can determine your top numerology numbers. However, you must first know what information you want to obtain from the report in order to calculate your numbers correctly. Filling out a numerology report is a matter of showing the calculations of your numerology numbers and indicating your results so that you have all of the information in one place.

  Write down your full name (first, middle and last) on a piece of paper. There is some debate as to whether one should use the name that appears on the birth certificate or the common name people refer to you by. Most expert numerologists agree that utilizing the birth certificate name is best for accurate prediction.

  Search the Internet for a Chaldean/Kabbalah number chart as this will give you the number values for the letters in your name. For each letter in your name calculate the number value by adding up the numbers. For example if your name is Joe Bob the letter J corresponds to the number 1, the letter O corresponds to the number 7, etc. So you would add 1 and 6 continuing throughout all of the letters in your name until they are all calculated.

  Notice if you end up with a sum that is a double digit. For example if your name Joe Bob the calculation would read (1+7+5) + (2+7+2)= 13+11=24=2+4=6. Always break down your calculation to the smallest number possible, so you must keep adding until you end up with a single digit number 1-9. In this instance the numerology number for the name Joe Bob would be "6".

  Locate a website that lists numerology number meanings and look up the number you ended up with in your final calculation. Your name number should indicate to you what your positive and negative qualities are as well as vocational fields that would be a good fit for you according to the numerology system.

  Write your birth date down on the same sheet of paper. Notate the date numerically and add the values of your birth date as you did your full name. For example if your birthday is January 4th 1979 calculate 1+4+1+9+7+9=31=3+1=4. This number will be your lucky number and is often utilized by people as a supplemental number to their birth name number.

  Compose a document on a word processor in which you indicate the results of your birth date numerology number and the interpretation of that number as well as your birth name number and the interpretation of that number. This will serve as your personal numerology report.
