The Sources of Mining for Calcium

Calcium is derived from calcium carbonate which contains the minerals carbon, oxygen and calcium, and it is extracted through processing natural ores or chemical precipitation. Calcium carbonate is a solid that is white and odorless and found in rock formations and seashells all over the world. Calcium carbonate is one of the earth's abundant resources, as the earth's crust contains 4% calcium carbonate. Sources of calcium carbonate are found worldwide with several sources in North America.

The corporation claims to have mining deposits that can produce calcium in excess of 400 millions tons and are a stable source of calcium carbonate into the 22nd century.
