Feng Shui
According to feng shui (the ancient Chinese practice of placement of elements and colors in one's environment to increase prosperity, happiness, and harmony), placing rose quartz in the right rear part of the home will bring healing and manifestation energy to relationships and love.
Crystal Grids
According to Doreen Virtue, Ph.D., author of "Crystal Healing," crystal grids are an ancient method used to contain and build the powers of prayer and healing energy using the electromagnetic frequencies and vibrations of crystals. In addition to specific types of crystals, the only requirements are clear intention, trust, and commitment to the process. Meditating on or saying positive affirmations may also be included to enhance the effects of the process.
Harmony Crystal Grid
A crystal grid used to promote harmony requires six pieces of rose quartz and 12 amethyst points. Alternate the stones to form a heart shape. This type of crystal grid is said to increase feelings of peace, serenity, and unconditional love.
Love/Romance Crystal Grid
To make a crystal grid for romance, alternate 12 quartz points and 10 pieces of rose quartz in the shape of a figure eight (or infinity symbol) to signify the union of male and female energies. Then, place a heart-shaped rose quartz in the center point of the figure eight to symbolize one love joining two souls. The affirmation for this grid is "I am now in perfect alignment with love on all levels."
Sleep Crystal Grid
Placing one piece of rose quartz in each corner of the bedroom and one piece of rainbow obsidian or hematite under the bed reportedly creates an atmosphere of love and security that helps improve sleep. An associated affirmation for this crystal grid is "I am loved and protected. It is now safe to relax and sleep."
Heart-Shaped Crystals
A heart-shaped crystal is associated with love, trust, and harmony in relationships. When performing healing or energy-balancing therapy using crystals, you may use crystals of any shape by arranging them in a pattern (such as a heart). This is because the intention of the person performing the therapy has a much larger impact on the outcome of the therapy than physical specifications such as crystal shape or size.
