How to Reset the Sesamee Combination Padlock

Padlocks, including those made by Sesamee, are an effective way to to protect your valuables.       Call 800-733-8588 Monday through Friday and speak with a customer service representative if you lost or cannot remember your Sesamee lock combination. A customer service agent will assist you in making arrangements with the factory so you may open your lock to reset the combination.

      Open the padlock with the combination you received from customer service. Push the change pin that came with the Sesamee lock when you purchased it into the smaller hole inside of the shackle hole. The change pin looks like a thin, stainless steel pin with a hook at one end.

      Reset the lock combination to any number you desire while the change pin remains in the smaller hole. For example, use a number only you know but can remember, such as the birth date of your favorite celebrity or the release date of your favorite film.

      Remove the change pin. Record your new combination somewhere private and safe, like in a safe deposit box.
