Where Do Moonstones Come From?

There are two types of moonstones that exist. The adularia can be transparent, light grey, white or blue. The albite is also transparent, but not as transparent as the adularia. The moonstone, adulcaria, comes from Sri Lanka, Madagascar and Burma, India. The moonstone, albite, can be found in Canada.
