Apache tears can be used to relieve heavy grief. They won't eliminate grief, but they will put it into perspective, and soothe the griever.
Lie on an orange cloth or blanket, and place Apache tears at the twelve positions of the clock face. Meditate for 20 minutes to a half hour. This is a strong grounding and healing procedure.
Carry Apache tears around with you if you are going through an unsettled emotional time in your life. They will keep you gently grounded and balanced.
Apache tears are said to help with muscle spasms and twitches.
