How to Calibrate a DW-600BI Digiweigh Pocket Scale

The Digiweigh company produces and distributes digital scales for consumer, lab and industrial use. The scales are used to produce accurate readings for a variety of items. Of course, they need to be calibrated in order to create accurate readings. With calibration weights, you can adjust for any deviation from the standard calibration for your Digiweigh pocket scale.

Instructions

    • 1

      Turn off the scale. Turn off any interference such as cell phones or Wi-Fi.

      Place the Digiweigh on a flat surface and press and hold the "Mode" and "Tare" keys together. Press the "Power" button while continuing to hold the "Mode" and "Tare" keys. Release the buttons and you will see a number series display.

      Place the 50-gram calibration weights on the scale.

      Press "Mode" until you see "Cal 0."

    • 5

      Press "Mode" again to see either "Pass" or "Fail." If it shows "Pass," this means you have calibrated your Digiweigh.
