Instructions
Drill a hole in the center of the wood block with the electric drill. Remove the back end cap from JO4 laser pointer. Remove the batteries from inside the battery compartment.
Insert the front end of the JO4 laser pointer into the hole. Twist the pointer back and forth until resistance is felt. Pull up on the laser pointer, to separate the front section from the back.
Place the back section on the table, with the circuit board protruding out and facing up.
Heat up the soldering iron for 10 minutes. Touch the tip of the soldering iron to the circuit board, to the right of the silver screw. Remove the tip of the soldering iron after 12 seconds. Unplug the soldering iron.
Insert the tip of the micro screwdriver into the screw. Rotate the screw clockwise until resistance is felt.
Apply bonding glue to the rim of the back end of the front section. Place the front section back on the back section. Hold the two together for 1 minute. Let the glue set overnight. Place the batteries back into the battery compartment. Put the back cap on.
