Determine the room temperature using your thermometer.
Enter the temperature into your speed of sound calculator. Make a sound at your natural pitch level. You might sing a note you feel most comfortable singing or say a long drawn out word such as "wow." Press "calculate" while you make the sound.
Measure the length from the base of your neck to your lips using your measuring tape. This can bend and curve according to the shape of your neck and head. Use the same units you used with your speed of sound calculator.
Divide the length by the speed of sound your calculator calculated.
Divide the answer you obtained in Step 4 by four. The result will be your natural frequency.
