Preparing the Room
Determine which room in would be best suited for a home laboratory. It should be well insulated and not used as a living space.
Vacuum and clean the room. Remove any furniture.
Bring in the chemistry table and metal cabinet.
Check the water and gas outlets to ensure they are functioning properly.
Purchase Equipment
Purchase appropriate chemistry clothing, including a lab coat, goggles and rubber gloves.
Purchase chemistry equipment, such as the Advance Labware set, that includes all containers, clamps, droppers and a book of experiments.
Purchase chemicals for experiments. Consider using advance-scientific.com for this need.
When all of the equipment and chemicals arrive, store them in the locked metal cabinet.
Clean the room before and after experiments to avoid any spills or burns.
