Use vinyl plastisol to create a dip molding for use as an end cap cover. Molds can be created to fit a wide variety of different shapes and can provide color and decoration to an otherwise ordinary electrical or mechanical part. In addition to improving the appearance of a part, the molding offers practical benefits, including impact resistance and noise reduction.
Use vinyl plastisol to create a coating for any of large number of different electrical and mechanical parts. Plastisol is also often used to create a coating for handles on tools and some types of lawn and garden equipment. Vinyl plastisol works as an excellent handle coating for its ability to fit a variety of different shapes as well as be textured for better grip.
Coat baskets and anything else made with a wire grate with vinyl plastisol to prevent the wire from rusting or otherwise deteriorating. In addition to protecting the wire, the vinyl plastisol will add color and decoration to the wire and prevent the wire from becoming too hot or cold in extreme temperatures.
