Use your psychic abilities to communicate with angels. Read angel tarot cards to hear the messages from your guardian angels. Each card represents a different message. Shuffle your cards until you feel you are ready to deal them.
Choose a card layout. You can pick a three card spread which consists of past, present and future cards. Each card in this spread will give you information about what has happened in the past, what is happening now and what will happen.
Use the Celtic cross layout if you need more information about a situation. The cross includes ten tarot cards which represent parts of your current situation like where you are now, how you got there, what problems stop you from moving ahead, where you might end up and how others see you.
Understand that the major arcana represents a higher power and these cards have a strong influence. There are 21 major arcana cards.
Read the minor arcana cards by looking at each suit individually. The pentacles or coins represent the body; the swords mean decisions; the cups represent emotion and the wands represent fire.
Read the reversed cards as opposites of the original card. You don't want to turn the cards around when you read your tarot or you may miss the intended message.
Interpret negative cards properly. The Death card does not mean you will die but it can mean the death of a situation and the beginning of something new. You may receive a negative spread if you are stuck in a situation or you are not dealing with a problem.
