How to Make Championship Belts for WWE Action Figures

WWE action figures are replica toys made in imitation of the popular professional wrestling superstars. Kids play with them reconstructing memorable bouts and creating their own matches. You can make replicas of the title belts awarded to winners of championships such as the "WWE Champion" and the "Intercontinental Champion" using normal craft tools. You can find the belt designs on the WWE website.

Instructions

    • 1

Navigate to a WWE website to see the various belt designs. Choose the belt that you would like to replicate for your action figure.

    • 2

Measure around the waist of the action figure to find the minimum length for the belt.

    • 3

Draw the shape of the belt with the desired dimensions on printer paper. Cut out the shape of the belt with scissors.

    • 4

Cover the belt shape with black electrical tape to replicate the belt leather.

    • 5

Cut out the shape of the belt logos from a sheet of tin foil. Color them gold if necessary with a gold decoration pen (such as those used to decorate Christmas gifts).

    • 6

Attach the belt logos to the belt in their correct positions with craft glue. Draw the logo design onto the logos with a ballpoint pen.

    • 7

Attach a piece of double-sided tape to the back of one end of the belt. This will be used to secure the belt around the waist of the WWE figure.
