List of Prime Transformers

The Transformers are fictional robots that have the ability to transform into various vehicles. There are two main categories that all Transformers fall into. The Autobots, which are the archetype "good guys," and the Decepticons, which are the "bad guys." The title of Prime is given to a select group of Autobots.

Alpha Trion
- Alpha Trion is one of the 13 Primes and one of the oldest Transformers in existence. Known as A3 in his youth, Trion helped the Transformers lead a rebellion against the Quintessons, a group of humanoid robots that enslaved the Transformers. As a result, Trion became one of the founders of a independent colony of Transformers on their home planet, Cybertron. Trion also served as an influential mentor to Optimus Prime.
Sentinel Prime
- Sentinel Prime is a strong rival of Optimus Prime and a member of the Cybertron Elite Guard, which is a group of Transformers who are dedicated to the protection of their home planet of Cybertron. Sentinel Prime's main weapon is the skyboom shield that can generate force fields and be used offensively when thrown. He also wields a laser lance and can activate a battle mask.
Optimus Prime
- Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots and can transform into a truck. Optimus Prime initially crash-landed on prehistoric earth and was awakened by a volcanic eruption. Optimus Prime would eventually lead the Autobots in a battle against the Decepticons on Earth to prevent the Decepticons from plundering the planet's natural resources. Optimus Prime also leads the Autobots in their civil war against the Decepticons on their home planet of Cybertron.
Nova Prime
- Nova Prime was the predecessor of Sentinel Prime and believed that the Transformers should colonize all other life forms in the universe. Nova Prime made efforts to evolve the Transformers into even more powerful beings and ordered the construction of the Ark, a spacecraft used to transport the Transformers.
