Bakugan is a children's game that evolved from an anime series. Marble-like figures topen up if they land on a playing card. Two or more players can battle their Bakugans to win. You must know how to properly throw your Bakugan if you want to be successful at this game. Instructions

    • 1

Begin the game with a minimum of three cards per player. Only one special ability card is allowed for each player. Each player must place a card face down on the playing surface. Each card must be touching another card on at least one side. If you are only playing with one other person, both of you should put two cards down.

    • 2

Allow the youngest player to go first. The person that is up for his turn should stand 2 1/2 feet from the sides of the battling arena.

    • 3

Hold your Bakugan in your dominant hand. It should be in the closed position so it looks like a ball. Don't throw the Bakugan when it is in the opened position. To close it, tuck the pieces in toward the center of the Bakugan and press the last piece in until it clicks into place.

    • 4

Bring your arm back and then gently bring your arm forward, releasing the Bakugan. You are trying to get your Bakugan to land on a card and open up to a standing position.

    • 5

Battle your Bakugan if it rolls onto a card that is occupied by your opponent's Bakugan and opens up. Battling means that you look at the card the Bakugans are on. Subtract or add the G Power boost found on the card to the G Power of each of the Bakugan. The higher G Power wins, capturing the other Bakugan and its respective card.

    • 6

Claim your spot as the winner if you get two of your Bakugan to land on the same card and open up or if your Bakugan knocks an opponent's Bakugan off of a card and remains standing. You can also win if you capture all the cards or if you are the last Bakugan standing on the playing field.
