Things You'll Need
Instructions
Assembly
Unclip the back panel on the Buzz Lightyear toy. This is the center part of his jet pack, and should come right off to reveal the battery panel.
Unscrew the battery panel on the toy. Under this is the battery compartment.
Remove the old batteries if this is an old toy and you need to replace them. Insert the new batteries so that the positive terminals match the positive markings on the inside. The middle battery will point in the opposite direction to the outer two.
Replace the battery panel on the cover and screw it back into place.
Clip the wings back into place if either of them have fallen off. They are designed to unclip under high impact, so it may have come undone. They will clip back into place easily.
Clip the back panel on the back of the Buzz Lightyear and stand him back on his feet.
Operation
Press the "Laser" button on his arm to activate the blinking LED "laser" attachment. It is not actually a laser beam.
Press the red button on Buzz's chest to extend his wings. Push the wings back inward to reset them.
Press the three colored, oval-shaped buttons on his chest to play his sound effects.
Flip the helmet dome up and down to protect Buzz from the elements.
Clip the launcher device onto his arm, if your action figure came with one. Load the six missiles into it and rotate the barrel to launch them.
