How to Create Your Own Star Wars Mini Card

Inside every Star Wars Mini figure package is a stat card. These cards contain information on the character, such as their special abilities and weaknesses, as well as providing artwork of the character in question. Star Wars fans can create their own Star Wars Mini card using a standard playing card and media they find online. These cards can go along with existing figures, or be used to with other Star Wars figures from both the movies and the expanded universe.

Instructions

    • 1

Open a deck of playing cards and take one card to use as the base for your Star Wars Mini card. Use a Joker or one of the promotional cards to ensure that you can still use the playing cards for other games.

    • 2

Trace the playing card onto a sheet of white paper. Create two outlines, one for the front of the card and one for the back. Cut around the outlines and paste the paper onto your playing card. You should have a blank white card when finished.

    • 3

Select the Star Wars character you would like to portray on your card. Visit a website such as Wookieepedia and print the picture of your character. Cut the picture so it will fit the front of your card and attach it to the center of the card using glue.

    • 4

Open up the word processing program on your computer. Type two sections out. The first is the special abilities of your character such as Luke's force push or Han Solo's piloting skills. The second section should list any strengths and weaknesses of your character. Use information from Wookieepedia to aid you in writing these brief sections.

    • 5

Print out your text and apply it to the side of your card without an image. You may need to cut and rearrange the text so it will completely fit. You can write the text directly on the card if you do not wish to use a computer.

    • 6

Write the name of your character in the upper left corner of each side of your card. You can use text printed from your computer as well.

    • 7

Add additional touches onto your card like background colors or additional logos representing the faction your character represents. Display your Star Wars Mini card next to your other cards and action figures.
