Capture the Flag
Give each team a different colored flag. Set an allotted time before the war begins for each team to choose a base and hide the flag in the base. War begins and the two teams strategically move to capture the flag from their opponent's base. While on the battlefield, if a player is shot he must return to his base and count to ten aloud before entering the game again. Play continues until the team captures the opponent's flag while still having its flag at base.
Medic
Divide the group into teams. Choose one player from each team to serve as a "medic." War begins and the teams work to shoot and eliminate the other players. If shot, the player must fall to the ground. The medic can heal the player by placing two hands on the wounded player, but this leaves the medic vulnerable to attack. While healing, players can eliminate the medic. Play continues until only one team remains.
Survivors vs. Zombies
Choose three to five players to begin as zombies. Zombies do not have guns, and players cannot eliminate zombies. The rest of the players represent survivors. War begins and the zombies try to tag the survivors. Once a zombie successfully tags, the survivor then becomes a zombie. Players can shoot the zombie, which temporarily stuns it. Play continues until only one survivor remains. This person is declared the winner.
Poker Chip Deathmatch
Distribute three poker chips to each player. Divide the players into two teams. Poker chips represent lives. Once shot, the player drops the poker chip. Surrounding players run to pick up the chip for their team. If a player runs out of poker chips, he is eliminated from the war. To avoid this, a teammate with more poker chips may give chips to his teammates. Play continues until one team has all of the chips.
