Nerf Hornet Instructions

Nerf balls and toys guns have been popular with kids for many years. The toys' soft foam is less likely to cause damage or injuries than a football or hard plastic toy. The Nerf Hornet is a toy gun that shoots an array of foam darts simultaneously, allowing kids to stage play battles with their friends. After you get the hang of how the Nerf Hornet is used, you will be able to help your kids get the most fun out of the toy.

Instructions

  Place six foam darts onto the end of the gun, pressing each one until it locks in place. The whistle tips, hard plastic coverings on the end of the darts, should face away from the gun; these tips provide a whistle sound when the darts are in air.

  Pull the orange tab at the top of the gun just above the darts to prepare the gun for firing.

  Pump the trigger under the darts for added power. The more you pump, the farther the darts will go; pump anywhere from five to 30 times depending on how far you want the darts to shoot.

  Choose which way you want to fire the gun. Pull the single-fire trigger on the left side of the gun handle to shoot the darts one at a time, or pull the rapid-fire trigger on the right side of the handle to shoot all the darts at once.

  Repeat Steps 1 through 3 to prepare the Nerf Hornet for refiring.
