Things You'll Need
Instructions
Wash your kickball and dry it off. If your kickball is dirty, the markings you draw on the globe might come off when you play with the ball. If your ball is clean, then the drawings you make are more likely to stick.
Draw the North Pole on the top of your ball and the South Pole on the bottom of the ball.
Look at your map and decide what country you're going to start with. It's easier to start with the northern hemisphere if you live in the northern hemisphere.
Draw the equator in the middle of your globe. Draw North America above the equator and draw South America below the equator. Above the United States, draw the boundaries for Canada and Alaska, then to the right of them draw Greenland. Draw Iceland directly below Greenland and slightly to the right.
Turn your ball around. Draw Russia at the top of it. To the left of Russia, draw the European countries and below them draw Africa. Draw China directly beneath Russia. Draw India in between Africa and China.
To the right of China, draw Japan. Below China, draw Thailand and Indonesia.
Follow the map and draw Australia beneath Indonesia. Below Australia to the right, draw New Zealand.
Consult the map for locations of small island countries and states and draw them on your globe.
Draw boundaries for all countries by consulting your map.
