Every year Mattel releases a new Barbie Dream House complete with an elevator, living room, kitchen and bedroom. One feature of the Dream House is a chandelier that hangs in the living room. This light should light up any time you turn the switch on. You do not need to insert a battery to make this work, but assure that the wire is firmly connected. If your light does not work, exchange with the manufacturer for a new Dream House.

Open the front door of the Barbie Dream House.

Feel behind the hinge for a small, white button. Push the button and the chandelier will turn on. To turn it off, push the button again.

Wiggle the wiring from the chandelier to the button if the light does not turn on. Once the battery dies, it cannot be replaced.
