Instructions for the Barbie Thumbelina Plant & Grow Garden

Many children enjoy playing with Barbie dolls, but Barbie Thumbelina Plant &Grow Garden kit has the added bonus of coming to life in the sun. This solar-powered toy comes complete with everything needed to grow your own cat grass and alyssum flowers, just add water. This Barbie toy also comes with a solar-powered panel that allows Barbie's fairy wings to flutter up and down. This feature is sure to amaze any young child.

Instructions

  Open your Barbie Thumbelina Plant &Grow Garden kit and place the peat pellets in the planter. Add a few inches of water and wait 10 minutes. The peat pellets will expand into dirt.

  Open the two packets of seeds included in your kit. Sprinkle them on top of the peat pellets dirt. You can sprinkle some of the dirt over the seeds, but it's not necessary.

  Place the Barbie Thumbelina Plant &Grow Kit in a sunny location, such as a window. This will help your plants to grow and the solar power plate will gather energy to cause Barbie's wings to flutter up and down.

  Water your plant when the top of the soil looks dry. This could be every day to every few days, depending on the weather. The cat grass seeds should sprout within a week, followed by the alyssum flowers.
