How to Put Makeup on a Barbie Head

Place the Barbie head on a table or counter with plenty of space. It is easiest to be eye-to-eye with the Barbie head. Choose the makeup colors you wish to use.

Begin by putting eyeshadow on the doll. Apply the eyeshadow above both eyes of the Barbie head using the supplied applicator or a cotton swab. Using a baby wipe or damp paper towel, wipe away any eyeshadow that may have spilled on the rest of the face.

Place a blush brush or a cotton ball into the blush and then apply it to the head using large sweeping motions over the cheek area. Blend the blush back toward the ears.

Apply lipstick by either directly placing the tube on the Barbie head's lips or using a cotton swab to trace the lip contours. Use another clean cotton swab to erase any lipstick that may have gotten outside her lips.

Finally, apply glitter, if desired, on the Barbie head. Squeeze the glitter onto your fingers and apply liberally to eyes, cheeks, lips or forehead.
