Things You'll Need
Instructions
Open the box and lay out the pieces on a flat surface. Pick up the the Sodor Lumber Yard piece and attach it to the stop-and-go track piece. The Lumber Yard will click into place on the tab located on the front of the stop-and-go track.
Attach the left and right sides of the bridge to the straight piece of track. The bridge sides will click into place.
Attach the single-sided connector to the left side of the straight piece of track and the dual-sided connector to the right side of the straight piece of track. You are beginning to create the oval train track, so you will want to lay out the track pieces on a large, flat area.
Attach a half straight piece to the dual-sided connector. Next, place the sloped left curve on the half straight piece, followed by two curved pieces of track.
Attach the turn out piece to the second curved piece, with the curve of the turn out connected to the curved track piece. You want the straight piece of the turn out piece to face away from the oval you are creating.
Place the Sodor Lumber Yard and stop-and-go track next to the turnout piece and connect the two.
Connect a half straight piece to the other side of the stop and go track. Next, attach two curved pieces of track.
Attach the sloped right curve piece to the two pieces of curved track. Connect the sloped right curve track to the final curve piece.
Connect the final curve piece to the single-sided connector piece. You should now have a complete oval of train tracks.
Hold Skarloey in your hand and remove the screw from the bottom of the front of the train using a Phillips-head screwdriver. Remove the top of the train and place a AAA battery in the battery compartment. Replace the top of the train and put the screw back in place.
Switch the on/off switch on Skarloey to on and place the train on the track. The train will go around the track.
