Things You'll Need
Instructions
Determine which version of Bumblebee you're looking for, whether from the Generation 1 line, the movie universe, animated or some other incarnation. If you're not sure, popular Transformer enthusiast websites like Seibertron.com or Tformers maintain databases that allow you to browse through what's out there and make your decision. Alternately, you can check the Transformers Wiki, and look up the various Bumblebee versions there.
Check out local toy stores, either actual or those based online, for their Bumblebee figure availability. Bumblebee is a relatively popular figure and there are usually more than a few toys of him, and various versions of them, that you can find on retail. Call the store up to be sure so that you don't waste a walk or a drive.
Head to eBay, which typically has a wide selection of Bumblebee toys, from various genres and Transformers lines, at varying prices depending on rarity and desirability. Just be prepared to pay an arm, a leg, and some first-born children for some of the more valuable, hard-to-find Bumblebee toys.
Enter the forums of popular Transformers-devoted websites and start up a thread conversation, or even a chat, with some of the members. The community of Transformers enthusiasts is typically welcoming of new people and will most likely go out of its way to help you find what you need.
Make the trip to one or more toy conventions held throughout the country where enthusiasts gather to, among other things, buy and sell toy merchandise. Bumblebee toys could be part of the pickings, either as part of a disposable collection or as buried treasure in bargain bins. You'll probably have the most success at the annual Botcon, a convention devoted exclusively to the Transformers.
