Instructions
Unscrew the top end of the lightsaber handle and insert your batteries. It requires two "C" batteries. Place these in the correct order indicated on the end of the cap. Screw the cap back into place.
Insert one of the three power crystals into the crystal holder. This holder is near the handle and will snugly fit the crystals. These crystals provide the lightsaber with one of three different sounds. Place the other two crystals in the storage container at the bottom end of the handle.
Choose one of the two blades. The blades are designed to resemble the two different blade looks from the movies. Store the other blade in a box stored in a safe place that you will remember, such as the original box.
Pick one of the two emitters. In the movies, the emitter is what projects the laser blade out of the sword. The emitter on your lightsaber changes little but the look. Slide the emitter over the blade from the narrow end to the wider end. It will fit snugly here. Store the other emitter.
Pick one of the three filters. The filter is simply another ornamental addition but it helps hold the blade to the handle. Screw this into the emitter at the bottom of the lightsaber blade to hold the emitter and filter in place.
Screw the light bulb housing into the bottom of the filter. There is only one light bulb housing. Make sure your light bulb is screwed in tightly.
Attach any extra sleeve rings, hilt sleeves or ignition switches to your handle. These are ornamental but help create a personalized look for your lightsaber. Slide these onto the grooves from the bottom of the lightsaber up. They will lock into place in one of the several groove locks along the side of the handle.
Screw the handle to the light bulb housing. This will attach your handle and blade. Make sure they fight snugly to complete the electrical circuit between the batteries and the light bulb housing.
Screw in one of the three caps to the bottom of the lightsaber handle. This will help keep your crystals in place. Store any extra parts in your box.
