How to Program the Elmo Knows Your Name Doll

Elmo Knows Your Name, from Fisher Price, is a customizable plush Elmo doll that interacts with your child. The doll stands approximately 11 inches tall and comes with a CD-ROM and USB cable from programing. Once programmed, Elmo will know your child's name, favorite things, friends' and family members' names and daily schedule and will interact based that information.

Things You'll Need

Computer
Windows 2000 or higher operating system
Elmo Knows Your Name CD-ROM (included with toy)
USB cable (included with toy)

Instructions

  Insert the CD-ROM into your computer to begin programming.

  Connect the Elmo Knows Your Name doll to the computer via the USB cable provided with the doll.

  Follow the CD-ROM prompts.

  Select your child's name from the list provided.

  Select your child's favorite animal and color from the lists provided.

  Add the names of up to three family members or friends from the lists provided.

  Select your child's favorite meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as her favorite drink from the lists provided.

  Select up to three songs, games or stories for Elmo to know from the list provided.

  Drag and drop activities from the list provided into the appropriate time slot to reflect your child's daily routine.

  Click the download button to program Elmo Knows Your Name with the selections made. After download, Elmo will be fully personalized and ready for your child.
