How to Make Your Own Star Wars LEGO Man

Legos® are a world wide phenomenon. The colorful, stacking bricks have brought joy to children from the youngest toddler to the teen set. These youngsters may grow up to become Lego® master builders and artists. Another worldwide phenomenon, Star Wars™ has an avid following. It was only natural for Legos® and Star Wars™ to combine their artistry, bringing a child's imagination to life.

Things You'll Need

2x2 dome with stud on top
2x2 plate (or 2 1x2) black
1x2 brick
2x2 45° slope with two studs (or 2 1x2 slopes with one stud each)
2x3 plate black
2x3 plate
1x1 circular plate ('pip')
1x2 plate with one offset stud
1x2 brick with one hole in center of side black
two-piece hinge brick
2x3 brick
1x2 plate black
1x2 45° inverted slope
1x1 brick
1x2 45° slope (one stud)

How to Make Your Own Star War LEGO Man

  Arrange pieces top-to-bottom in this order: dome, black 2x2 plate, 2x2 45° slope and 1x2 brick. Line up pieces so that all studs are in the black piece, black 2x3 plate, covering length of previous two pieces and 2x3 plate that covers the black plate. For the neck, place a pip on top of the single-studded 1x2 plate. Stick the pip into the hole away from the front of the head where the slopes stick out.

  Position the 1x2 black bricks with the hole in them under a 2x3 plate on opposite short sides. Between them, insert a 1x2 brick. Place another white 2x3 plate underneath to seal it. Under the white plate press a 2x3 brick and then a black 2x3 plate. Put a black 1x2 plate underneath in the center, not in the tubes.

  Construct the arms. Fit a pip on the furthermost stud of a hinge. Plug the pip's stud into the hole in the trooper's side. Repeat for the other side.

  Set one inverted slope on top of two stacked 1x1 bricks. Place on top of a normal 1x2 slope. Make 2 of these.

  Position the neck on the center two studs on top of the body. Fit the legs on the bottom of the body on opposite sides of the black 1x2.
