How to Take Apart a Playskool Tractor

Playskool is a subsidiary of Hasbro Inc. that manufactures a range of toys and games for young children and toddlers, including the "Fun Tunes" tractor. The battery-operated plastic tractor plays the tune of "Old MacDonald Had a Farm" and various animal sounds when duck, cow and pig figurines are placed in a seat in the trailer. You might want to take apart the Fun Tunes tractor before placing it in storage.

Things You'll Need

Phillips screwdriver
Plastic bag

Instructions

  Take out the duck, cow, pig and farmer figurines from the seats. Flip the toy over.

  Remove the screw that holds down the battery cover. Set the screw aside.

  Remove the battery cover and take out the batteries. Replace the cover. Screw the cover back down.

  Slide the switch above the battery cover to "Off."
- 5
  Gather the batteries and figurines and wrap them in a plastic bag with the tractor. The toy is now ready for storage.
