How to Make a Beyblade Spark

In the Beyblade anime cartoon, sparks fly when the Beyblades connect during battle. It's only natural that hardcore Beybladers want to see sparks when they're battling at home or on the playground. Beyblade spinning tops are made up of a combination of four plastic pieces and one metal part: the fusion wheel. Because of friction caused by one fusion wheel hitting another, it is possible to make a real-life Beyblade spark under the right conditions.

Instructions

1. Power Launch

   • 1

     Connect the Beyblade to the launcher.

   • 2

     Insert the rip cord.

   • 3

     Pull the rip cord as hard as possible.

   • 4

     Launch the Beyblade toward its opponent. You have to generate sufficient force to cause the Beyblades to rub against each other long enough and hard enough to heat up and create sparks.
