Instructions
Place the Hula Hoop on the ground and step into the center of it. Stand with one foot slightly in front of the other, so you can easily shift your weight and rotate your hips.
Reach down and grab the Hula Hoop and bring it up to your hips, slightly below your waist. Hold the Hula Hoop against your back and spin it quickly around your waist, using a flicking motion in your wrist.
Move your hips rapidly in a circular motion in the same direction as the Hula Hoop is spinning. The momentum will keep the Hula Hoop spinning around your hips.
