Things You'll Need
Instructions
Aim the ball at the ground in front of you.
Determine the angle that the ball will hit the ground as this will help determine where it will move to next. Aiming the ball at a narrow angle will cause the ball to bounce back towards you. A wider angle will send the ball bouncing away from you. Bouncing the ball at or near a 90-degree angle will send it straight up.
Throw the bouncy ball as hard as possible to get the ball as high as possible. This will allow time for a smooth, successful catch.
