Setting Up Your Giga Pet
Turn the pet on. Press the left or right buttons to adjust the time. Press "Enter" to save the hour. Hit the left or right buttons to adjust the minutes. Press "Enter" to save the minutes.
Name your pet by using the left and right buttons to search through the alphabet. Hit "Enter" to select a letter and move to the next space. You can use up to 12 letters for your pet's name. Press "Enter" twice to accept the name.
Use the game mode by navigating between icons with the left or right buttons. The icons represent different activities that you can do with your pet.
Feed your pet by pressing the left or right buttons until you highlight the feed option. Choose to feed your pet healthy food or treats. Hit "Enter" to choose the food you wish to feed your pet.
Clean your pet and pet area by using the left or right buttons to highlight the cleaning icon. Press "Enter" to clean the area if there is mess on the floor or hit "Enter" when there is no mess on the floor to fully clean your pet.
Press the left or right buttons until you highlight the play icon. An object will appear that your pet can play with. Use the left or right buttons to make your pet interact with the object.
Toggle over with the left or right buttons until you highlight the sleep icon to put your pet to bed. Turn the lights off by hitting "Enter" so your pet will sleep better. Turn the lights on when your pet is awake.
Take your pet to the doctor if your pet is sick by toggling over with the left or right buttons until you highlight the doctor icon. Hit "Enter" and your pet will go to the doctor.
Train your pet by hitting the left or right buttons until you highlight the training icon. When you see your pet do something good, hit "Enter" under the training icon and your pet will do it more often.
Make sure that you are caring for your pet properly by checking your overall score. Health and happiness are rated 1 to 100. If your score falls below 20 for either, you need to care for your pet.
