How to Draw Your Own Play Car Track

A play car track is a popular form of entertainment for many young children. Driving a car or two around an imaginary town or highway has the potential to provide many children with hours of enjoyment. Making your own car track at home can be a fun experience that you can do alone or with your child to create his very own world to explore and play in.

Things You'll Need

Markers
Large paper
Clear paper laminate
Glue

Instructions

  Cut your paper to be the size that you want your car track to be. If your paper is not big enough, glue or tape the edges of multiple pieces together until you have your desired size.

  Draw an outline of the road for your track. It can twist and turn or be simple and straightforward in design.

  Color in the road and draw extra details such as trees, buildings, lakes and parks.

  Cover the whole project in clear paper laminate to ensure that it will endure being played with.
