  1. Clear Tubing Wand

      Cut a length of inflexible clear tubing into an 18-inch piece, using a small knife. You can find this type of tubing in pet stores.

      Place a small piece of tape or modeling clay on one end of the tubing.

      Fill the tubing with different colors of glitter, sequins and confetti. This is a good step for you and your son to do together, if he wants to help.

      Place a small piece of tape or modeling clay on the open end of the tubing to secure the contents.

    Cardboard Wand

      Glue construction paper onto an empty paper towel roll.

      Decorate this simpler magic wand with glitter, sequins and markers or encourage your little boy to do it himself.
