Turn the "On/Off" toggle switch to the "Off" position on the Razor e100 scooter.
Set the battery on the ground next to the scooter.
Press the thick red wiring harness wire into the middle of the power switch.
Press a scriber in between the two pins on the opposite end of the wiring harness to separate the two wires. A scriber is a pointed tool with a fine tip. Insert the thick red wire into the female connector on the wiring harness.
Press the thin wires on the adaptor into the charging port. Press the adaptor with the thick wires together on the controller. There is an audible click when each adaptor is secure.
Connect the battery to the remaining adapter by pressing both halves in together.
Place the battery in the battery compartment on the scooter.
Place the footplate on top of the battery compartment aligning the four boltholes. Place an Allen bolt in each hole and turn them clockwise with an adjustable wrench to tighten them.
Set the seat on the scooter aligning the two holes. Insert a bolt through each hole and place a nut on the bottom of each bolt. Tighten each bolt clockwise with an adjustable wrench.
Place the chassis on top of the scooter. Tighten each Allen bolt under the wheel wells with an Allen wrench in a clockwise direction.
Insert the handlebar tube into the head socket. Place one pair of adjustable pliers on the handlebar tube just above the quick release nut. Place a second pair of adjustable pliers on the nut and turn it clockwise to tighten it.
