How do I Connect the Star Station to the TV So That Music Plays?

The Fisher Price Star Station is an interactive music and video playback console that allows your small children to see and hear themselves on television. Using the Star Station at home can both entertain your children and allow them to tap into their inner performance abilities. Regardless of the Star Station's efficacy in your home, you must connect it properly to hear its music playback through your TV. Use the Star Station's included RCA cable to connect properly with your TV so that you and your children can enjoy the ensuing musical fun.

  Place the Fisher Price Star Station on the floor near your television. Keep the Star Station away from high areas such as the top of the television from which it may fall.

  Set the Star Station's power switch to "OFF" if it is not already there. Turn off your TV and connected devices such as cable boxes, DVD players and VCRs as well.

  Insert the Star Station's RCA cable into the color-coded input ports on TV. The yellow component of the RCA cable is responsible for video, while the red and white components assure that your audio will communicate properly to the TV's speakers as your normal audio does.

  Tuck away any loose cables coming from the Star Station so that you or your children do not trip over them, which may cause personal injury or damage to your equipment.
