Things You'll Need
Instructions
Draw a rectangle on a piece of cardboard that is 6 inches wide, and 4 inches tall, then draw a vertical line on the rectangle to divide it into a 4-inch square and a 2-inch by 4-inch rectangle.
Draw an arc in the square from one corner that the square shares with the rectangle to its opposing corner.
Cut out the entire 4-inch by 6-inch rectangle, then cut off the quarter-circle shape created in the square by the arc. You will have a shape of a quarter pipe, with a 2-inch-wide flat at the top.
Trace the shape and cut out two more copies.
Cut out a 6-inch by 4-inch rectangle, and attach the three ramp pieces to it with glue. Position the back of one ramp piece along each 4-inch edge, and the third piece 3 inches from either edge. This will be the back of the ramp and will provide additional support.
Cut a 6-inch square of cardboard and press it down along the three guides, trimming any excess length so that the cardboard ends at the top of the ramp. The shape of your arc will change the exact length required to accomplish this, so err on the side of making your initial cut too long. Secure in place with glue.
Cut a coat hanger 6 inches wide, and glue it to the ramp at the top of the curve. This is the ramp's coping for grinding on.
Cut a piece of cardboard 6 inches by 2 inches and glue it to the flat at the top of the ramp.
