How to Make Tech Deck Ramps Out of Notebooks

Tech Deck produces miniature skateboards and offers board designs from the leading companies in the professional skateboarding world. Using just the fingers, users can perform real tricks with the skateboards. Often a desk environment is used as a "skate park" for the toy. Notebooks are an inexpensive and widely available material for building ramps on which to perform Tech Deck tricks. You can build one of these ramps with a little imagination and time.

  Stack four notebooks on top of one another to create a platform. Be sure that they are evenly stacked so that none of the notebooks are sticking out.

  Angle a notebook onto the stack of notebooks to create a ramp. One end of the notebook should be touching the table while the other end should rest just on the edge of the platform of notebooks.

  Angle a second notebook onto the platform opposite the first notebook ramp. You can now run the skateboard up one side of the notebook ramp, perform a trick over the center of the platform, and land it down the opposite notebook ramp. Add or take away notebooks from the center platform to increase or reduce the angle of the ramps.
